 #1) "blatant payroll fraud" regarding the LALB's Executive Director, Sandy Edmonds;

 #2) Mr. Burns' stand that it's bad public policy for a single attorney to serve as both general counsel and prosecuting attorney; and

#3) Mr. Burns' revelations of the pre-bankruptcy problems at New Orleans Auction Galleries (NOAG), which employs LALB Chairman Tessa Steinkamp.

  LALB flushes $2,100 right down the toilet on an ill-advised Writ of Attachment which Burns EASILY defeated pro se in 19th JDC

 LALB continues relentless and fruitless pursuit of LAPA Vice President Robert Burns with the result of the latest episode being a flush of $2,100 in wasted legal fees.
