Henderson Auctions' founder, Marvin Henderson, is described as "not having $20 to buy milk" in sworn testimony by his daughter, Janet Henderson Cagley.

 
Not to be outdone by his sister, Jeff Henderson states in sworn testimony that his father, Marvin, "may have committed fraud by accepting money he wasn't authorized to accept."
