INDIVIDUAL LICENSEE ISSUES:

 New Orleans Auction Galleries (NOAG)
Pre-Bankruptcy of April 1, 2011

November 15, 2011:

LALB Meeting:  11/15/11
LALB Attorney Anna Dow routinely emphasized everything was rosy with NOAG throughout bankruptcy,
so from 1:42 - 4:06 LAPA Vice President's Robert Burns  opts to inform the Board that reality is far different.

4:44 - 5:10 LAPA Vice President Robert Burns GRILLS Board Attorney Anna Dow on why Jean Vidos (NOAG owner) has not been
brought in to explain over $600,000 in unpaid consignors and company operating expenses being paid from escrow funds.
6:30 - 6:52 Burns references that NOAG's request to disband Unsecured Creditors Committee (Krohn, Pouratian, and Pun) was denied.
In reality, it was an expedited hearing which had been denied and, over that ONE technical error, the LALB, while
permitting all of these clear auction violations to transpire entailing Jean Vidos (and Board Chairman Steinkamp's failure to alert the Board of them)
the LALB convened this hearing entailing Burns over that ONE technical error!!!!
