Crux of Complaint & Outcome:

Mr. Rosato failed to timely pay a consignor for an August, 2009 auction.   CLIKC HERE for complaint documentation. 

The LALB found guilty and fined him $500.  LALB attorney Anna Dow had previously unilaterally suspended Mr. Rosato's license under the premise she has the authority to do so (even without a hearing) if an auctioneer is deemed a "risk to public safety."  The suspension of Mr. Rosato's license was lifted effective the date of the hearing (September 20, 2010).
