  Rosato fails to pay consignor timely for August 2009 auction

Mr. Rosato failed to timely pay a consignor for an August, 2009 auction. LALB Attorney Anna Dow has suspended his license; however, his license was reinstated at the conclusion of his hearing.

  LALB discusses Rosato's inability to pay $1,500 fine imposed @ 7/16/12 hearing

LALB discusses Mr. Rosato's inability to pay the $1,500 fine imposed 7/16/12.  Fine payment finally received in full on 12/30/13, thus resulting in 2014 license renewal.
