Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards and LAPA President
Rev. Freddie Lee Phillips go toe-to-toe entailing Edwards'
rescission of his appointment of Phillips to the LALB.  Near
the end of Gov. Bobby Jindal's first term in office, Phillips
uncovered and reported payroll fraud transpiring within
the LALB and the Interior Design Board.  Phillips declined
to serve during Jindal's second term as a result of vicious
personal attacks launched against him by other LALB
members, including an effort to
pursue revocation of his auction license on 7/18/11.
That pursuit was aggressive and relentless.
