Everyone recalls the famous saying:  "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."  Words could never be more accurate when considering your auctioneer to sell your property.  Hence, the smartest thing a prospective auction client can do is to conduct due diligence research on any prospective auctioneer BEFORE one engages his or her services.
