Crux of Complaint & Outcome:

Hearing conducted as a result of auctions allegedly being conducted by Mr. Deshotel irrespective of the fact he held no license for 2012..  Click Here for complaint documentation.   The outcome of the hearing was that the LALB fined Mr. Deshotel $250 which, combined with other costs, resulted in a total obligation to him of approximately $500.
