Judgment Recorded Against Auction Escrow Checking Account
 from May 8, 2007 - August 13, 2013 (cancelled on 8/13/13)

The document at the above link evidences the fact that Mr. Massey defaulted on a relatively small $6,000+ loan that he'd taken out with Hancock Bank.  After suing Mr. Massey and obtaining a default judgment against him, Hancock recorded its judgment against his auction escrow account on May 7, 2007.   Mr. Massey ultimately satisfied the judgment, and it was thus cancelled on August 13, 2013 (6 years and 4 months after being filed).
