Hearing held.  Judge Caldwell sustains No Cause of Action and permits 21 days to amend petition.

Caldwell signs judgment from 10/14/14 hearing.

Hearing held.  Caldwell sustains No Cause of Action and dismisses case at Plaintiff's Costs.

LALB flushes several thousand dollars in attorney fees for what Judge Caldwell indicated should be "common sense" for the LALB to grant the right of Plaintiff's to do; however, he indicated he has no statutory authority by which he can mandate that the LALB utilize "commons sense."
